From an early age, the kitchen has been a place of magic for me. I remember baking pies with my grandmother, and the aromas of freshly baked goods filled the house with warmth and comfort. Every family feast is not just food, but days filled with laughter and communication. Over time, I began to explore the diversity of cuisines around the world - Indian spices, Italian pastas, Japanese bento. All this inspires me to share simple, accessible recipes so that everyone can create something unique in their own kitchen. After all, cooking means giving joy to others!

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
