    chop the onion

    Fry onions and carrots in oil in a multicooker bowl on frying mode for 5 minutes

    add water, pearl barley and salt, turn on the stew mode for 40 minutes

    cut the sausages

    after 20 minutes add sausages to the porridge

Svetlana! Cool idea for pearl barley with vegetables! Oddly enough, but for some reason I love any of her. You could say this is my favorite cereal! Thanks for the recipe - I'll try it again!

Svetlana, very good recipe. Firstly, it is prepared in a stir-cooker, and secondly, remove the sausages and replace the slurry. Add vegetable oil and you get a lean, delicious porridge. Therefore, it can be used constantly. During fasting it’s one mess, and when there’s no fasting it’s another mess. But everything is very tasty.
