I prepared rice porridge with raisins in a slow cooker with milk and water especially for my daughter. I was too lazy to cook porridge on the stove; I didn’t want to constantly monitor it) So the multicooker came to the rescue; I’ve recently enjoyed cooking porridge in it. You just put everything in the bowl and after half an hour the porridge is ready) For 160 g of rice, I needed more liquid: 500 ml. milk and 400 ml. water. I got a medium thick porridge, just like I wanted. If you use less water, the porridge will be thicker. Since the porridge was intended for my daughter, I didn’t add raisins; she doesn’t eat them at all) But I added a few raisins to my plate, I like this combination. The porridge is tasty, tender with a pleasant milky taste, it contains everything in moderation.

For breakfast, I cooked rice porridge with raisins in a slow cooker with milk and water. I used round grain rice, "camolino". The milk had a fat content of 2.5%, so I did not add water, I used a 900 ml carton of milk. I cooked in the “porridge” mode for a little over an hour (I was guided by the desired consistency). The porridge turned out to be very tender and tasty; the steamed raisins became juicy. Nutritious and healthy breakfast. Thanks for the recipe, Blue-Eyed!

It turned out very well! 😊 My rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I made it without raisins because I love salty rice porridge. It took about an hour in total and the porridge became boiled and juicy just like I wanted. The recipe worked, thank you! 😊 🥰
