Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to stew potatoes with cabbage and meat in a slow cooker? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Wash the vegetables thoroughly (root vegetables with a brush), peel them, remove the top leaves from the cabbage if necessary. Wash and dry the meat.
STEP 2
Cut the meat (any kind will do, but in my case it’s pork) into random pieces, I cut it into cubes.
STEP 3
Chop the cabbage thinly.
STEP 4
Cut the potatoes into cubes.
STEP 5
Chop the onion (to avoid stinging your eyes when chopping the onion, rinse the onion and knife with water).
STEP 6
Cut the carrots into cubes
STEP 7
Place the chopped vegetables in the slow cooker and add salt to taste.
STEP 8
Pepper (also to taste)
STEP 9
Add half a glass of water.
STEP 10
Stir
STEP 11
We set the “Stew” program for 1 hour and you can calmly do other things, the multicooker will do everything itself
