Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

We wash and dry the salmon fillet, take a medium saucepan of up to 3 liters (I have 2.6 liters), fill the salmon with water and put our broth on the fire to cook
STEP 2

Also add 1 whole onion and carrots, cut into rings, to the broth, cook until tender, add salt, pepper and fish seasoning
STEP 3

Cut the potatoes into large slices and put them in the broth, cook until tender
STEP 4

The soup is ready! Pour into plates and garnish with parsley or dill! Bon appetit!
