Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 hr 15 mins
STEP 1
Sift the flour, add salt, yeast, butter, sugar and cinnamon. Beat in the eggs, mix While continuing to knead, pour in 275 ml of cold milk. Flatten the dough into a large flat cake. Place the cherry in the center, close the edges and knead for another 4 minutes.
STEP 2
Divide the dough into 10 balls and place them in greased paper molds. Leave for 45 minutes. Make cross-shaped cuts on the buns. Dilute 2 tbsp. flour in 5 tsp. water. Transfer the mixture into a pastry bag and fill the cross-shaped cuts with it. Place the yeast buns with cherries in an oven preheated to 180C for 15 minutes.
