For lunch I wanted to make a light, juicy salad. From the wide variety, I chose the Chinese cabbage, crab sticks, cucumber and corn salad. But the family asked not to add rice to the salad, so I made it without it. And it is made as simply and quickly as possible. The longest part is boiling and cooling the eggs. An interesting option. I used to cook with either rice (when I wanted something heartier) or cabbage (when I wanted something lighter). It never occurred to me to mix both, but it should turn out great. THANK YOU for this discovery.
