I took Chinese cabbage salad with smoked chicken as a base and made a great dinner by replacing two ingredients. Instead of smoked chicken, I took boiled sausage for my own reasons, and replaced the pickles with seasonal fresh ones. I chose Dutch cheese for the salad, and used 30% mayonnaise. I prepared the salad in a large salad bowl and served it in portions. I tried to cut all the products into cubes of the same size as recommended by the author. Mixed all the ingredients, seasoned and salted. An excellent salad and quite self-sufficient, served as a separate dish for dinner. It didn’t take much time to prepare, and the dish turned out filling and very appetizing. Thanks a lot!
