Lady's whim salad with chicken and prunes

Step-by-step preparation
- STEP 1 - How to make Ladies' whim salad with chicken and prunes? Prepare your food. Boil the chicken fillet. Wash and remove films and excess fat from the breast. Pour about 1.5 liters of water into a saucepan. When it boils, add some salt and add the meat. You can add peppercorns and bay leaves. Cook covered (about 20 minutes after boiling). If the fillet can be easily pierced with a knife, it is ready. Cool without removing from the broth to prevent the meat from drying out. 
- STEP 2 - Rinse dried pitted prunes in cold water. Place in a bowl and pour boiling water over it. Let it stand for about 10 minutes, then drain in a colander and let the liquid drain. 
- STEP 3 - If the skin of fresh cucumbers is intact and not bitter, do not cut it off. Wash the vegetables, cut into small pieces or grate into large strips using a vegetable cutter. 
- STEP 4 - Grate delicious hard cheese on a grater, preferably on a fine grater, so that the layer of cheese on the salad is airy. 
- STEP 5 - Cut the cooled chicken meat into small cubes. 
- STEP 6 - Boil the eggs. To do this, fill them with cold water, add salt (about 1 teaspoon), bring to a boil and cook for about 8-10 minutes. Then drain the hot water and add cold water. When cool, peel the boiled eggs and chop into cubes with a knife or using a mesh. You can grate it coarsely. 
- STEP 7 - Dry the steamed prunes with paper towels and cut into small pieces. 
- STEP 8 - Place cooking rings or detachable sides from a cake pan on a flat dish. 
- STEP 9 - First add a layer of shredded chicken. 
- STEP 10 - Lubricate the chicken meat with mayonnaise. 
- STEP 11 - Next, add a layer of cucumbers. 
- STEP 12 - Also grease them with mayonnaise. 
- STEP 13 - Evenly distribute chopped boiled eggs onto the layer of cucumbers. 
- STEP 14 - Lubricate the egg layer with the remaining mayonnaise. 
- STEP 15 - Place chopped prunes on the egg layer, but not all of them; leave a little of it to decorate the top. 
- STEP 16 - Cover the layer of prunes with grated cheese. 
- STEP 17 - Garnish the top of the salad with the remaining pieces of prunes. 
- STEP 18 - Carefully remove the ring and the “Lady's whim” salad with chicken and prunes is ready. 
- STEP 19 - Serve the dish and receive compliments from your guests!
