    Pre-boil the chicken fillet. How to cook chicken fillet? Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and place the meat in it. Add salt. Cook the chicken for 30 minutes at a low simmer over low heat. Then cool the fillet and cut into small cubes.

    Cut the cucumber into the same medium-sized cubes. Be sure to taste the cucumber before slicing to see if it is bitter - such a cucumber will ruin the entire dish. If the skin of the cucumber is rough and tough, cut it off.

    Boil the eggs. How to hard boil eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change. Cut the peeled eggs into cubes again.

    Take a large flat plate. Place a gravy boat with mayonnaise (or a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream) in the center. Lay out all the ingredients in segments, dividing the plate into 4 parts. Serve the salad to the table. Mix the salad directly at the table. Bon appetit!

For lunch I chose a salad recipe: Chicken breast, corn, cucumber, egg. For a richer taste, I cut the chicken breast lengthwise, lightly beat it, rubbed it with my favorite spices, marinated it for literally 10 minutes and fried it in a frying pan. When the breast had completely cooled, I cut it into small cubes, also chopped eggs and fresh cucumber (I had to peel it, and add dill to it for brightness). I placed a bowl of mayonnaise in the middle of the dish and laid out all the ingredients on the dish in segments. I mixed the salad with mayonnaise already on the dinner table. This presentation looks beautiful and besides, the salad does not have time to “leak” and separate, which sometimes happens with salads with fresh, juicy vegetables. Very tasty salad! I really liked the chicken corn egg cucumber salad. I didn’t come up with anything special - I cooked according to the recipe. The only thing I changed was mixing mayonnaise with sour cream. By the way, I can advise those who don’t like mayonnaise to take natural yogurt without sugar. For me, this is one of my favorite salads, because you add all the ingredients to the plate yourself in the quantities that you need. And you also season according to your taste: some people put in less dressing, and others add more. In general, such salads are good for serving on a holiday table.
