STEP 1
How to make a salad with bell peppers, crab sticks, cheese and tomatoes? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. If necessary, crab sticks must first be thawed by transferring them from the freezer to the refrigerator. It is better to choose tomatoes that are dense, fleshy, and with a minimum number of seeds. You can use any cheese to suit your taste. The spicier the cheese, the brighter the salad will taste. Mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream or thick natural yogurt.
STEP 2
Cut the crab sticks into thin strips and place in a bowl.
STEP 3
Wash and dry bell peppers, as excess water speeds up the process of food spoilage. Cut out the stem and remove the seeds. Cut the pepper into four parts and cut diagonally into thin strips. Place the chopped peppers in a bowl with crab sticks.
STEP 4
Peel the garlic and grate it on a fine grater. But it is best to chop the garlic very finely. When crushed this way, the garlic does not release oil and remains pungent and aromatic rather than bitter. Adjust the amount of garlic to your taste.
STEP 5
Wash the tomato, wipe it and cut it into strips and place it in a bowl with vegetables and crab sticks.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and also add it to the bowl with the salad.

Add mayonnaise, salt to taste and stir. If desired, the salad can be seasoned with a mixture of vegetable oil, soy sauce and lemon juice.
