Salad Snow Queen with crab sticks
Excellent multi-layer salad - try it! In general, “The Snow Queen” is usually prepared for the New Year holidays. The whiteness of the top airy layer of grated proteins resembles freshly fallen fluffy snow. However, winter this year somehow didn’t work out from the very beginning and I was also a little late with the salad. But there are plenty of other reasons to treat yourself to something delicious...

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make the Snow Queen salad with crab sticks? Prepare your ingredients.
STEP 2

Cut the crab sticks and ham into small cubes. Grate the pre-chilled processed cheese on a medium grater.
STEP 3

Hard-boil the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks and grate them separately on a medium grater.
STEP 4

Add 2 tbsp to crab sticks, ham, ½ whites and yolks. l. mayonnaise and mix.
STEP 5

Grate the apple on a coarse grater. Grind the peanuts in a blender.
STEP 6

Place a cooking ring on the dish and lay out, compacting, in layers: processed cheese - mayonnaise -
