Mussels shells in creamy sauce
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Prepare all ingredients, defrost mussel shells. I throw butter into a heated frying pan.
STEP 2
Peel the leek, cut lengthwise, cut into quarter rings and add to the butter.
STEP 3
Fry until soft and translucent.
STEP 4
I cut the pepper into small cubes.
STEP 5
I cut the tomato into small pieces.
STEP 6
I crush the garlic with a knife and chop it finely.
STEP 7
I chop the dill finely.
STEP 8
I add pepper, tomato and garlic to the softened onion. Simmer for 10 minutes.
STEP 9
I add dry wine, fish seasoning, pour in cream, add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes.
STEP 10
Place whole mussel shells, without chips, into the sauce and mix gently
STEP 11
I bring it to a boil over maximum heat and add dill. I continue to simmer under the lid for 5-7 minutes until done. The shells opened. The dish is ready!
STEP 12
Place on a plate, pour over lemon juice and sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with dry, white wine. I hope the recipe was helpful.
