Pies in a slow cooker

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make yeast pies in a slow cooker? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Sift the flour through a sieve in advance to saturate it with oxygen. Thanks to this, the dough will rise better and the products from it will be more airy.
STEP 2

To prepare the dough, pour warm milk (35-38 degrees) into a bowl and add dry yeast, salt and sugar. Stir until the yeast begins to dissolve. In a warm environment, yeast quickly starts working.
STEP 3

Then break the eggs into a bowl and pour in the vegetable oil.
STEP 4

Gradually add sifted flour and knead the dough. You may need a little more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. So don’t pour it all in at once. Focus on the consistency of the finished dough.
STEP 5

The dough turns out soft and tender. It doesn't stick to your hands. Cover the dough with a towel and leave it in a warm place for an hour to rise.
STEP 6

The dough rose wonderfully! Punch it down and start making pies.
STEP 7

You can use whatever filling you like for the pies: cabbage, egg, etc. For the filling I have mashed potatoes left over from yesterday's dinner and boiled condensed milk. Form small cakes from the dough, place the filling in the center, seal the edges and make a pie.
STEP 8

Turn the multicooker bowl to the “Fry” mode and let it heat up. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl. Place the pies loosely in the bowl as they will increase in size. Cook the pies for 2-3 minutes on each side. Be guided by your multicooker.
STEP 9

Place the finished yeast dough pies in a separate bowl, line the bottom with a paper towel to soak up excess oil. Immediately cover the bowl with a towel to let them steam a little more. Enjoy your meal!
