    Sift 2/3 of the flour into a bowl, add salt and sugar, and beat in the eggs. We make a dough of warm milk, yeast and sugar in a separate container and put it in a warm place. Fermented yeast (after about 15 minutes) is sent to the flour and knead the dough well. At this stage you can add the remaining third of the flour. Please note that you may need a little more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. Focus on consistency: the dough should be soft and pliable.

    Place the dough in a warm place to rise. As soon as it increases 2-3 times in volume, knead again. And we repeat this procedure a couple more times, and then knead it well again. We love pies very much, but then the apples fall. I liked the recipe “yeast pies with apples in the oven” and decided to please my family. Everyone loves pies here and devours them on both cheeks. First, I prepared the dough according to the description in the recipe, only I put twice as much sugar in the dough to make it sweeter) I put the dough in a warm place for 1.5 hours, did not knead it anymore and did not leave it to proof. It came out quite soft, airy and tender. I made the filling as described. I simmered the apples with butter and sugar. I added a little more sugar because the apples are not very sweet. I was making pies with pleasure; the dough was pliable and elastic. On the author's advice, I made the pies one at a time. I put the filling on a circle of dough and immediately pinched it, then the filling will not spread. I just placed the pies with apples on a baking sheet, seam side up, so that the filling wouldn’t drip during baking. I baked the pies at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. The aroma was amazing. I really wanted to try it. From this quantity of products I got 24 apple pies. Everyone really enjoyed the baked goods. The dough is soft and tasty, and the filling is simply magical. Christina, I think it's possible. Just put not one and a half, but less than a tablespoon of sugar. In principle, any filling will suit these pies.

Yeast pies are my weakness, I love them very much, I cook them often and with different fillings! I prepare the dough the same way, only sometimes I add vegetable oil instead of butter, the dough turns out very tender!
