As a child, standing next to my grandmother in the kitchen, I first experienced the magic of cooking. The smell of fresh baked goods and the fascinating stories of recipes passed down from generation to generation remain forever in my heart. My family is my main source of inspiration. Every meal we shared was filled with love and comfort. Traveling around the world, I absorbed the flavors and traditions of a wide variety of cuisines. My goal is to show everyone that anyone can cook; the simplicity and accessibility of cooking can unite people and bring joy.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
