Yeast curl buns without filling for tea

Very tasty and easy to make buns! If anyone doesn’t know the recipe for curlicue buns without filling, it’s not that difficult to master. It comes quite easily to me, although I don’t make every dish successfully if it’s my first time. They turn out soft and fragrant.

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

We take products according to the list.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Let's prepare the dough for our buns. First, mix the yeast with sugar (1 tbsp) in a bowl, add warm milk and less than half of all the flour, which we previously sifted. Mix. Place the dough in a warm place for 20 minutes. Then pour salt and sugar into it and pour in the melted butter. Add sifted flour in parts. Knead the smooth dough, form a ball, sprinkle it with flour, cover with a napkin and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

When the dough has risen, divide it into portions. Take a piece at a time and roll it into a thin cake with a rolling pin. You can brush them with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Forming buns. Roll the cake into a roll and pinch the edges. We fix the ends of the roll, forming a ring. We place the ring on the side and make a cut with a knife, not reaching the end. Turn the product inside out to make a puff heart.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Place the hearts on a baking sheet and leave to proof for about fifteen minutes. Then brush the surface of the buns with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar (you can also sprinkle with chopped nuts).

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200 C degrees. The buns are baked for about twenty-five minutes. Our baked goods are ready!

The dough is made for five minutes, rises for another fifteen, then I roll out the layers and make buns in five minutes and the buns rise for another fifteen minutes. I bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven. In total, everything takes no more than an hour.
