STEP 1

For the sauce, peel the garlic cloves and crush them with the flat side of a knife.

Heat butter and vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic cloves and fry until golden brown and a strong garlic aroma appears. After this, remove the garlic from the pan. Reduce heat to low. If you want to leave the garlic in the sauce, but you need to chop it finely or pass it through a press. And also fry until light golden brown. It is important to ensure that the garlic does not burn.
