STEP 1

The recipe for lightly salted cucumbers in mineral water differs little from pickling according to the classic recipe with cold water, but the pickling process is much faster and the taste of the cucumbers themselves is sharper. Cold salting with mineral water and gas will make the cucumbers tasty; the gas bubbles will quickly saturate them with the aroma of herbs and garlic and add crunch.
STEP 2

We start preparing lightly salted cucumbers in mineral water by preparing the cucumbers themselves. We take small or medium-sized fruits, cut off the ends, so the cucumbers will be saturated with brine faster and will be salted faster. Peel the garlic and cut it into slices. If desired, you can crush the garlic plates until the juice appears, so the cucumbers will be more fragrant. Place half a large bunch of dill, a few slices of garlic and cucumbers on the bottom of an enamel pan.
STEP 3

So we alternate layers to the end of the pan until there are no more cucumbers. Cover the top with dill and prepare the brine.
STEP 4

Pour salt into a separate pan and fill it with sparkling mineral water, stir with a spoon until the salt dissolves.
STEP 5

Pour the resulting brine over the cucumbers, cover the top with a plate so that the cucumbers do not float, and put them in the refrigerator. Cucumbers salted according to this recipe are ready in 12 to 14 hours, depending on their size. Store the prepared cucumbers in the refrigerator.
