Pancake buns for breakfast

The best breakfast dish with an original presentation. You might be surprised, but these pancake buns cook faster than pancakes. And at the same time, the most ordinary pancakes turn into surprisingly fluffy buns. Or even crumpets.

What a beauty! True, without the presence of such molds it is unlikely that it will turn out so appetizing)) I never thought that such fluffy buns could be made from simple “pancake” ingredients! Of course, soda adds fluffiness, but I wonder if if you don’t soak it with vinegar or lemon juice, the buns won’t taste like soda? I’m also wondering (maybe the author experimented in this direction), is it possible to use kefir instead of milk? Thanks for the recipe, I'll definitely try it!

Yes, KLYaKSA, there’s no way without molds))) Any kind, but molds, I’ve read that products are very good in old jars for warming up the back (remember moms used to keep these at home?), and so such baked goods come out of them )))If anyone has any left at home, try it)))
