Vegetable stew zucchini with cabbage and champignons

In this detailed recipe, we'll look at how to make zucchini stew with cabbage and mushrooms. Shred the cabbage thinly.

We clean the zucchini and cut it lengthwise into 2 parts.

Then cut them into medium-sized cubes.
