Vegan Banana Pie

STEP 1
Ingredients.

Grind oatmeal into flour, grate carrots on a fine grater. Finely chop the prunes. If necessary, soak the prunes briefly beforehand.
STEP 3
Cut the bananas, place them in a blender, add water and puree.
STEP 4
Combine banana puree with carrots, prunes and juice squeezed from a whole orange. Mix everything well.
STEP 5
Add sesame seeds and oatmeal mixed with cinnamon, stir until smooth.
STEP 6
Pour the dough into a mold greased with vegetable oil.
STEP 7
Bake the cake at 180 degrees. 30-40 minutes.
