Thin lavash pie with tomatoes, meat, cheese

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Unwrap the lavash.
STEP 2
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, add the minced meat, salt and pepper it, pour in 60-80 grams of water and begin to knead it with a rolling pin, simmer until tender. Fry the chopped onion separately, then add it to the minced meat and mix. Place the minced meat on the pita bread. The layer should not be thick. You can divide the filling into three equal parts. Instead of minced meat, you can take ham, sausage, cheese or cottage cheese.
STEP 3
Sprinkle cheese on top of the minced meat.
STEP 4
Next comes chopped dill.
STEP 5
Next, lay out the tomatoes cut into slices. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
STEP 6
Roll the pita bread into a roll. Even if it breaks, it's okay.
STEP 7
Grease the baking dish with butter or vegetable oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place the roll in a container. We make the rest of the rolls in the same way and place them tightly in the mold (as shown in the photo).
STEP 8
We are preparing the filling for our pie. Beat the eggs into a bowl, add sour cream.
STEP 9
Beat everything well with a broom.
STEP 10
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and add to the egg-sour cream mixture.
STEP 11
Add salt and ground black pepper to taste (you can use a mixture of ground peppers) so that the filling does not turn out bland. And mix everything thoroughly again. The filling is ready.
STEP 12
Fill the rolls with filling. Bake everything in the oven until ready at 180 degrees. It will take about 20 minutes.
STEP 13
This is the golden brown cake we got. Previously, I only made lavash rolls with different fillings, but my godmother told me how to bake a lavash pie with minced meat, who, like me, loves to whip up savory pastries. Now cut off a piece without waiting for the pie to cool - it tastes better hot or warm.
