Tarte flambé with bacon

Awesome baked goods for a family dinner, go great with wine! Tarte flambé is a pie from the Alsace region of France. Serve as an aperitif or main course with white wine or beer. It has a very pleasant aroma and delicate taste. I tried it for the first time in a Strasbourg restaurant and after that I started cooking it at home, and found the recipe on one of the French sites.

Marine, if I hadn’t read the name of the tarte flambé, I would have thought it was pizza. I surfed the Internet, read about the dish and realized that it was almost the same as pizza. It must be delicious! Thanks for the recipe.
