Pie without eggs
To make the baked goods fluffy and airy, it is not necessary to add eggs to it. Either yeast, kefir with soda, or just baking powder can easily cope with this task. You can easily put banana pulp in sweet pies instead of eggs. Yes, yes, imagine, it can be called an egg analogue. The binding properties of eggs are available to potatoes (both raw and boiled grated potatoes can be added to the dough) and starch (corn or potato).
If the eggless pie recipe does not contain any dairy or other animal products, it can be safely included in the diet of the most ardent vegan. Although, basically, pies without eggs are prepared to reduce the calorie content of the dish or if you are intolerant to this product.
