Country pizza with chicken, closed
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make a closed rustic chicken pizza? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can smoke ready-made yeast dough or make it yourself according to your favorite recipe. Peel the potatoes in advance and rinse them in running water to remove any dirt.
STEP 2
Any boneless part of chicken can be used as chicken meat. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 3
For mushrooms, take what you have on hand. Wild mushrooms must be boiled for 25-30 minutes in boiling water. But champignons can be used immediately raw. Rinse the champignons well, dry and cut into pieces. Cut the peeled potatoes into thin slices.
STEP 4
For the sauce, mix sour cream, mayonnaise and garlic, passed through a press.
STEP 5
Line the bottom of the baking dish with baking paper and grease the sides with vegetable oil. Roll out half of the yeast dough and place in the mold, leaving small sides. Brush half of the sauce over the dough.
STEP 6
Place prepared chopped potatoes on the dough.
STEP 7
Place chopped chicken on top.
STEP 8
Place the prepared mushrooms on the chicken.
STEP 9
Mix the rest of the sauce with grated cheese and spread evenly over the entire surface of the mushrooms.
STEP 10
Roll out the second part of the dough and cover the entire filling with it. lightly pinch the edges. Make a small hole in the center to allow steam to escape. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 50-60 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
STEP 11
Country pizza is ready! Its top has become golden in color and an appetizing aroma spreads throughout the kitchen. Turn off the oven, open the door slightly and leave the pizza there to cool. Since all the ingredients were laid out raw inside, they needed to be left to steam. The best option would be to go for a walk for an appetite! Enjoy your meal!
