I wanted to bake a yeast pie with minced fish. I made the dough according to one of the recipes on the site. And for the filling I used minced pike perch. I took more onions and carrots to make the filling as juicy as possible. I also decided to fry the minced meat in vegetable oil. I first removed the onions and carrots from the frying pan, and after frying the minced meat, returned them again and mixed everything together. The cake was formed in a flat glass pan. I made cuts along the top with a knife and a hole in the middle. I’ve never greased pies with sour cream before, but I liked it). The crust turned out golden brown! I baked the fish pie for 40 minutes. It turned out tasty, juicy, and the fish filling smells very appetizing!
