This is the second time I’ve made “Ossetian kefir pies with cheese” using this recipe, and both times they turned out very tasty. Lately, yeast dough with kefir has become my favorite, it is very soft and tender, and the baked goods turn out the same. I noticed an interesting nuance - if you don’t add all the flour when kneading the dough (as I did the first time), then it’s easier to shape the pies, the filling is more evenly distributed in the soft and sticky dough. This time I added all the flour and the dough was more elastic, besides, instead of Adyghe cheese I had feta cheese, so it was not possible to make flat cakes. But it’s very tasty! Thanks for the recipe!
