  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

To prepare a pie according to this recipe, we take puff pastry without yeast from the store, as well as the products for filling and filling indicated in the list.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

First, I'll tell you how to prepare potato pie filling. Let's prepare the potatoes. We clean the tubers, wash them, cut them into small cubes and rinse them again to remove the separated starch. Place the potatoes in boiling salted water and cook over medium heat until tender - about 10-15 minutes. Don’t forget to remove the foam while boiling. Drain the water and let the potatoes cool, then add the washed and chopped fresh mint.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Add grated cheese to the potatoes. Mix all the contents and taste for salt - at this stage it is not too late to adjust the taste of the filling.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Let's start assembling the pie. By this point, the dough should already be defrosted. To do this, leave it at room temperature for 50-60 minutes in advance. As soon as the dough becomes slightly pliable, roll out two identical cake layers. Cover a baking sheet with parchment and grease it with vegetable oil. We lay out the first sheet of dough, put the filling on it and cover it with a second sheet, in the middle of which we make a hole. We pinch the edges.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Place the pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

While the cake is baking, make the filling. Heat the cream in a small saucepan and add white wine to taste. Remove the pie from the oven and carefully pour the cream and wine into the hole in the top layer. After this, put the pie in the oven for another 10 minutes.
