Pizza with sausage, cheese and eggs

STEP 1
How to make pizza with egg, sausage and cheese? Prepare the ingredients for kneading the yeast dough. Be sure to sift the flour to saturate it with oxygen. I used olive oil for vegetable oil, but refined sunflower oil will do.
STEP 2
In a suitable container, add sifted flour, salt, sugar and dry yeast.
STEP 3
Pour in warm water and knead into a stiff dough. The water should be warm, about 30 degrees, since hot water will kill the yeast, and cold water will not work. You may also need more or less flour than indicated in the recipe, depending on the desired consistency of the dough. It should be elastic and soft. Place the container with the dough in a warm place without drafts. Leave for 1 hour. During this time, the dough will rise and increase in volume.
STEP 4
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the filling. I took half-smoked sausage. Smoked, boiled sausage or frankfurters are suitable. Wash the champignons and dry with paper towels. Also wash and dry the tomatoes. I used red onions, but regular onions will do. Instead of quail eggs, you can take three small chicken eggs.
STEP 5
Any hard cheese is suitable, the main thing is that it is of high quality, tasty and melts well. Grate it using a large or medium grater.
STEP 6
Cut the sausage into thin slices. Peel the onion, rinse it with cool water and also cut into thin rings. Cut the olives into thin slices.
STEP 7
Cut the washed tomatoes into slices or simply cut them in half.
STEP 8
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and fry in a dry frying pan.
STEP 9
Grease the pan in which you will bake the pizza with vegetable oil. Punch down the risen dough. Roll it out thinly and transfer it to the mold. Since the dough stretches well, I simply stretched it into shape with my hands.
STEP 10
Using a silicone brush, brush the base with tomato sauce or ketchup.
STEP 11
Place sausage and onion slices.
STEP 12
Distribute mushrooms, tomatoes and olives on top.
STEP 13
Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
STEP 14
Take out the pizza pan and carefully beat in the quail eggs one at a time, spreading them over the entire surface. They will not spread, since the surface of the pizza is warm and they will set quickly. I recommend cracking the eggs into a small bowl first and then pouring them onto the pizza. Sprinkle them with a little grated cheese on top. Return the baking dish to the oven for another 10 minutes. If you want the yolk to remain runny, remove the pizza earlier.
STEP 15
Remove the finished egg pizza from the oven. Sprinkle with any herbs, such as chopped dill. Garnish with parsley leaves. Serve hot. Bon appetit!
