Pour two hundred and fifty grams of semolina into a large bowl.

Also add a little salt, one teaspoon of baking soda and one teaspoon of vanilla sugar to the bowl.

Mix all dry ingredients well in a bowl until smooth.

Pour five hundred grams of kefir into the dry ingredients into a bowl.

Mix all ingredients well until smooth.

Mix all the ingredients in the bowl several more times while the semolina swells.

Place one hundred grams of softened butter in a separate bowl.

Add two hundred and fifty grams of sugar to the butter in a bowl and mix.

Break two eggs into a bowl one at a time and beat with a mixer until smooth.
STEP 11
Place the prepared butter mixture in a large bowl with the semolina.
STEP 12
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl with a mixer.
STEP 13
Divide the resulting dough into two parts and pour half into a separate bowl, then add three tablespoons of cocoa powder to it.

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl until smooth.

Cover the bottom of the mold with parchment and grease the inside with a small amount of vegetable oil.
STEP 16
We carefully place the dough in the mold in the center, starting with light and alternating it with dark.

We bake the cakes in the oven in two steps to preserve the pattern, at a temperature of two hundred degrees, about twenty-five minutes each.

We make punctures with a toothpick in the first cake layer and coat it well with condensed milk to taste, which can be replaced with cream or jam.

Place the second cake layer on top of the first one and sprinkle powdered sugar on top to taste.
