    Using a toothpick, you can make a beautiful design on top of the cake. To do this, draw lines first from the center to the edges, as if dividing the pie into 8 parts. And then vice versa, from the edges to the center, dividing the resulting parts in half.

    Bake the pie in the oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick - it should be dry when removed from the center of the pie. Cool the pie, remove from the mold and serve.

Instead of sour cream, I used sour milk, instead of baking powder, I did not quench the soda added to the flour. Everything else is according to the recipe, the ratio of ingredients is ideal. The cake turned out to be aromatic (smell of cocoa), airy, soft, not too sweet (just right), tasty and of course beautiful, with zebra stripes. Oh my family loves this pie! I like it because it always turns out tender, porous, the dough never falls off, and the taste is amazing! I just always pour melted chocolate over the top. Yummy!
