STEP 1

How to make a pita roll with crab sticks and eggs? Prepare food. Remove the crab sticks in advance and defrost them on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. Boil the eggs for 9-10 minutes and immediately cool under cold water. Wash the cucumber, greens, and Chinese cabbage and dry. I used purple Chinese cabbage, but you can use yellow or green, the taste is very similar.
STEP 2

Place the canned corn in a colander and let the liquid drain well. Sort the greens, leave only the tender leaves and chop finely. Cut the crab sticks into thin slices and the cucumber into strips. Peking cabbage in small cubes or strips. Grate the eggs on a coarse grater. For convenience, place everything in small bowls or bowls.
STEP 3

Unroll the lavash sheet and brush with mayonnaise using a silicone brush. You can also use homemade mayonnaise, but the layer should be sufficient so that the finished roll does not turn out to be dry or, on the contrary, too mayonnaise.
STEP 4

Now place the prepared foods in strips on a sheet of lavash in the following order: - corn, eggs, greens, corn, cucumber, corn, crab sticks, greens, Chinese cabbage, corn, cucumber, eggs. From the first strip of corn, leave the pita bread free for the width of the strips, for ease of rolling.
STEP 5

Very carefully, trying to be as tight as possible, roll the pita bread into a roll. Wrap it in cling film, tie the edges of the film, the seam should be at the bottom. Place the roll in the refrigerator for 1 - 1.5 hours.
STEP 6

After the time has passed, remove the roll and carefully cut into portions. Serve on a plate as a separate dish or in addition to meat, for example outdoors.
