Chinese flatbreads with meat

STEP 1
Set of products. Be sure to use ALL the spices! Minced meat already with garlic and onions.
STEP 2
Mix the dough from these ingredients. The water should be warm. Cover it with a bowl and make the filling.
STEP 3
Chop the greens and mix with the minced meat. Add spices, vodka and soy sauce.
STEP 4
Add olive oil.
STEP 5
Mix. Let's taste it for salt - I added some salt. If the minced meat turns out cool, add a couple of tablespoons of water. The consistency of the minced meat should be thicker than that of dumplings, so that it can be spread with a spoon, but not too runny.
STEP 6
Divide the dough into four parts, and also divide the minced meat into four portions on the scale.
STEP 7
Roll out each piece of dough into a circle and then stretch it with your hands so that the dough shines through.
STEP 8
We mentally divide the circle into four sectors and spread one portion of minced meat into three quarters.

We make an incision as shown in the photo.

Wrap once.

We wrap two.

And the third time. We get this triangle. Carefully pinch the open edge.

Smooth it out and slowly roll it with a rolling pin to a thickness of 0.5 cm, being careful not to tear it.
STEP 14
Grease the frying pan with a thin layer of olive oil and heat it well. Place one flatbread and quickly fry it until golden brown over high heat. Then turn it over and repeat on the other side. After this, turn the flame to low, pour in some water and immediately close the lid. Cook over low heat until the water evaporates, about three minutes.
STEP 15
Prepare the remaining three flatbreads in the same way. Immediately after cooking, place them on a plate in a stack and generously grease each one with butter.
STEP 16
Serve the Chinese flatbreads hot with herbs and soy sauce, cut in half. Delicious beyond words! Bon appetit!
