Apple strudel made from ready-made puff pastry

STEP 1

Peel the apples and remove the seeds. Cut them into medium cubes.
STEP 2

Chop the walnuts using a knife.
STEP 3

Place butter in a heated frying pan and add chopped apples. Add 150 grams of sugar, raisins, walnuts and cook for 5 minutes. A minute before readiness, add cinnamon and crackers, mix and turn off. Let the filling cool.
STEP 4

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2-3mm. and remove excess flour from the dough and from the table.
STEP 5

We distribute the filling over the entire surface of the dough, leaving the edge farthest from us free.
STEP 6

Carefully roll it into a roll, brush the empty edge of the dough with egg, and seal the edges of the strudel.
STEP 7

Place on a baking sheet greased or lined with parchment and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
STEP 8

While the strudel is baking, prepare the sauce. Add vanillin and 50g to the cream. sugar, bring to a boil and cook the sauce for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
