Many Russian residents prefer to receive (or serve) a delicious dish for breakfast, a symbol of home comfort and well-being. This helps you set yourself up for the whole working day in the right way, gives you vigor, energy and a good mood. And cottage cheese dishes are very suitable for this. Firstly, they cook quite quickly (which is good for a hurrying housewife who always doesn’t have enough time for everything). Secondly, they contain substances necessary for an active body (which is good for students of all ages and people leading a hectic lifestyle). And thirdly, they are, of course, delicious.
The question arises: what recipes for cottage cheese dishes are best to choose? It all comes down to cooking and selecting the necessary ingredients. Cheese pancakes and casserole, pancakes with filling are good for breakfast (especially if you prepare them in advance and just fry them in the morning).
If you don’t really want to use oil for frying, just take a frying pan with a non-stick coating. This makes excellent cakes, flatbreads, rolls, rings, buns, both rich and savory.
Depending on the chosen dish, we select suitable dishes. For even baking under a lid (for example, a casserole), take a wide frying pan with a bottom of sufficient diameter. Such a wall has a minimal slope. If you want to deep-fry, say, cottage cheese donuts, the frying pan should be deep, with high, curved walls. Lid: if we want the temperature inside to remain at maximum and be uniform, then it is better to take a cone-shaped one, not a flat one.
If we cook in oil, make sure that no water gets on its surface. Otherwise, everything will begin to rustle and spit hot drops. Healthier (from the point of view of the release of carcinogens during the process) frying will be with any fat of animal origin versus vegetable oil.
