STEP 1

How to make cheesecakes from curd mass? Prepare all the indicated ingredients. You can take the curd mass with raisins, dried apricots, or plain vanilla without additives. STEP 2

Rinse the raisins, pour boiling water over them and leave for 10-15 minutes until they swell and soften. Then drain the water from the raisins. I added raisins to the cheesecakes, since I had curd mass without additives, but wanted it with raisins. If you have curd mass with raisins, you do not need to add them.
STEP 3

Place the curd mixture and raisins in a bowl. You can add sugar if the curd mass is not very sweet. I didn’t add any so as not to over-sweet the cheesecakes.
STEP 4

Sift the flour and add it to the curd mixture in parts, stirring each time until smooth. You may need a little less or more flour depending on the moisture content of the cottage cheese. Look at the consistency. The mass should stick to your hands slightly, just a little, but not be too tight and clogged with flour. STEP 5

From the resulting mass, form an even thick block.
STEP 6

Roll it in flour on all sides.
STEP 7

Cut the resulting block into equal pieces. From each piece of dough, form even cheesecakes of the same size.
STEP 8

Roll each cheesecake in flour.
STEP 9

Serve cheesecakes with sour cream, honey or condensed milk. Bon appetit!
