  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make cheesecakes from kefir? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take soft cottage cheese, not coarse, but not raw, otherwise you won’t be able to turn them over and cook them later.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Place the cottage cheese in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Wash the egg thoroughly and break it into a bowl. For such a portion you need half a regular egg, I just took a small one.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Pour kefir into the bowl with cottage cheese. Be sure to take fresh kefir, not sour and thick.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add sugar and stir; if you want it sweeter, increase the amount. Mix everything well. If desired, you can add vanillin or vanilla sugar.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Add salt. It will enhance and emphasize the taste. Mix everything thoroughly.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Sift flour mixed with soda into a bowl with curd mass. If you are afraid that the cheesecakes may taste like soda, replace it with baking powder, doubling the quantities.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

    Mix everything well until smooth.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Pour flour onto the table and add one tablespoon of curd mass and bread.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Form the cheesecakes, this can be done conveniently using a spatula.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat over medium heat, place the cheesecakes in the pan. Don’t try to put a lot at once, it will be awkward to turn over. Reduce heat to low and fry on each side for 5-6 minutes, until golden brown. Do not cover the pan with a lid, the cheesecakes will fall off and spread.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Remove the cheesecakes from the pan and place on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Bon appetit.

I started looking for a recipe for cheesecakes, and there were a lot of them on the site. I liked the photo of this recipe, such delicious cheesecakes) I immediately realized that I had to make them. In order not to waste time, I kneaded 500g of dough. cottage cheese. I prepared them in the morning for breakfast, it turned out quickly) I used homemade thick kefir, it was ready just in the morning, so the product is the freshest. And instead of soda I added baking powder. I grilled it on a frying pan. My husband brought it to me the day before and decided to try it) By the way, it’s convenient to fry cheesecakes on it, the flour settles between the convex strips and doesn’t burn as much. I formed the cheesecakes themselves with a wooden spatula, it turned out well, the dough is not liquid, it holds its shape well. In a frying pan, cheesecakes grow right before your eyes! They doubled in diameter and rose high. The inside is porous, juicy, tender. The top is golden brown and crispy. You can have a hearty breakfast with a couple of these fluffy cheesecakes) I really liked them, I will cook them for breakfast more often. I recommend the recipe!
