STEP 1
How to fry cottage cheese pancakes without eggs in a frying pan? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Place the prepared cottage cheese in a spacious bowl.
STEP 2
Add a pinch of salt, vanillin and sugar to it. Grind everything together. Add vanillin at the tip of a knife, as a larger amount can add bitterness to the finished dish, or replace it with 1 tbsp. vanilla sugar.
STEP 3
Then add sour cream and semolina to the cottage cheese. Sift the flour through a sieve or using a special mug, this will saturate it with oxygen and make the finished cheesecakes more airy. Place the flour in a bowl.
STEP 4
Mix the whole mass well and leave to stand for 30 minutes. During this time, the semolina will swell and the dough will become thicker and denser. If your cottage cheese is initially wet, then you can do without sour cream. My cottage cheese was very dry and just needed to be moistened a little. You may need less or more flour, depending on the required consistency of the dough.
STEP 5
Place some flour in a separate plate. Dip a spoon into cold water and use it to scoop out some curd dough. Roll the dough in flour and form small cakes with your hands. If you wish, you can add a little more flour to the dough and bring it to a condition so that it does not stick to your hands. In this case, you can simply roll the sausage out of the dough and cut it into circles with a sharp knife. This is more convenient for anyone.
STEP 6
Heat the frying pan until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Place cheesecakes without eggs with semolina and fry over low heat for a minute.
STEP 7
Then turn the curds over with a spatula and fry them on the other side until golden brown.
STEP 8
Place the finished fluffy eggless cheesecakes with flour on napkins or paper towels to remove excess fat. Serve them with sour cream, jam or condensed milk. Bon appetit!
