  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make cheesecakes in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Take fresh cottage cheese, not too wet, so as not to thicken the dough with flour. But dry cottage cheese is also undesirable, since cheesecakes can have a crumbly, dryish structure. Select the fat content of the cottage cheese as desired. If the dietary properties of the dish are important, then 2-5% cottage cheese is suitable. Instead of wheat, use whole grain flour, this will make the cheesecakes more healthy.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

If the cottage cheese is grainy, pass it through a blender until it becomes smooth and without lumps. Thanks to this, the cheesecakes will be tender. Read more about cottage cheese at the link in the article at the end of this recipe.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Add egg, salt, sugar, vanillin to the pureed cottage cheese. Whisk again. Wash the egg with baking soda first to remove any dirt.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Place the resulting smooth curd mass into a convenient container.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Sift in whole wheat flour and mix well. You can use other types of flour (corn, oatmeal, rice). This will increase the usefulness of the dish. You may need a little less or more flour, use consistency as a guide. Read the article on how to properly replace different types of flour. There is a link at the end of this recipe.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

The dough turns out smooth, very viscous, you only need to knead it with a spoon.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

In this case, it is convenient to bake cheesecakes in silicone molds. Besides, the cheesecakes will be beautiful. If the quality of the silicone requires it, grease the molds with a little olive oil. Fill the molds with curd dough to a height of 1.5-2 cm.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Bake the cheesecakes in an oven preheated to 180C for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. The cheesecakes will rise slightly during baking. Time and temperature are approximate, be guided by the operating characteristics of your oven. Read more about the operation of ovens in the article on this topic. Link at the end of the recipe.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Cool the finished cheesecakes a little and remove from the molds. From this amount of ingredients I made 7 small cheesecakes.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

    Bon appetit!

The cheesecakes turned out very tasty, airy and tender. The taste is like a cake, children don’t really like cottage cheese, but they sit happy and eat it :) They spent more time in my oven than recommended, they rose during baking, but after cooling they settled down a little. I made 4% cottage cheese from 500 grams, it was too much sugar for me.

Cheesecakes made from cottage cheese and flour in the oven turned out delicious, just what you need for your diet. Instead of sugar I put stevia and added just a little baking powder. They rose well during baking, but still fell when they cooled. Thanks for the recipe, I'm bookmarking it.

I also made it with regular wheat flour, the cheesecakes really turn out very tender, somewhat reminiscent of a cottage cheese casserole from a kindergarten or school canteen... Tasty, not cloying, goes very well with sour cranberry sauce (and I finally adapted molds for either donuts, or for bagels... it turned out to be very convenient to pour toppings into the void inside - exactly enough for one cheesecake and it turns out)
