Cheesecakes in the oven from cottage cheese with flour

STEP 1
How to make cheesecakes in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Take fresh cottage cheese, not too wet, so as not to thicken the dough with flour. But dry cottage cheese is also undesirable, since cheesecakes can have a crumbly, dryish structure. Select the fat content of the cottage cheese as desired. If the dietary properties of the dish are important, then 2-5% cottage cheese is suitable. Instead of wheat, use whole grain flour, this will make the cheesecakes more healthy.
STEP 2

STEP 3
Add egg, salt, sugar, vanillin to the pureed cottage cheese. Whisk again. Wash the egg with baking soda first to remove any dirt.
STEP 4
Place the resulting smooth curd mass into a convenient container.
STEP 5
Sift in whole wheat flour and mix well. You can use other types of flour (corn, oatmeal, rice). This will increase the usefulness of the dish. STEP 6
The dough turns out smooth, very viscous, you only need to knead it with a spoon.
STEP 7
In this case, it is convenient to bake cheesecakes in silicone molds. Besides, the cheesecakes will be beautiful. If the quality of the silicone requires it, grease the molds with a little olive oil. Fill the molds with curd dough to a height of 1.5-2 cm.
STEP 8
Bake the cheesecakes in an oven preheated to 180C for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. The cheesecakes will rise slightly during baking. STEP 9
Cool the finished cheesecakes a little and remove from the molds. From this amount of ingredients I made 7 small cheesecakes.
