STEP 1
Everything is very simple and fast. I chop the greens. I have green onions, cilantro, dill, all in equal proportions. Only 10 g. But here everything is according to desire and availability. I grate the cheese on a coarse grater. I used 2 level tablespoons of flour. But it’s better to focus on your cottage cheese. You may need less or more. I mix everything. Mix well.

This results in a very stable consistency.

I dust the surface on which I will form the cheesecakes with flour. I divide the mass into 7 equal parts. Each piece is 50 grams. I'm rounding up. I also dust the top with flour.

I form cheesecakes using a knife. I really liked this idea. I saw it somewhere on the Internet. I twist the cheesecake on all sides on a knife. I don’t even know how to explain it yet. Perhaps everyone already knows this method except me :)
