Isla Clark

From an early age, I remembered how my mother cooked in the kitchen, and the aroma of fresh baked goods filled the house with warmth and comfort. Family gatherings around the table have become real holidays: fun, laughter and, of course, amazing dishes passed down from generation to generation. Traveling around the world, I discovered the diversity of world cuisines, which inspired me to create new recipes. My goal is to show that cooking doesn't have to be complicated. Simplicity and accessibility are the basis that allows everyone to discover the chef in themselves and enjoy the process of creating delicious dishes for loved ones.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Baking at Southern New Hampshire University.
