    Wash the zucchini, cut off both sides, cut in half. Use a paring knife to cut noodles from the zucchini. Cut the carrots into strips.

    Heat a frying pan well with vegetable oil. Place all the zucchini noodles. Stir after about a minute and a half. Place carrots on top. Wait another minute and a half and stir. After about a minute, add salt and pepper, add chopped garlic and herbs.
