For my region, dolma is a rather exotic dish; I honestly have never eaten it. I realized that these are like cabbage rolls, only with grape leaves, but is there a difference in the grape variety or in what kind of leaves are needed, young or not. Also, the recipe gave me the idea to make a second version of lazy cabbage rolls in the same way.
