I cooked chicken in sour cream and garlic in the oven for lunch. I had two chicken thighs for this. I removed the skin from the chicken, cut off the membranes and fat. Placed the meat in a baking dish on a bed of onion cut into half rings. I salted it, seasoned it with spices, I had Italian herbs and ground black pepper. I took about 0.3 tsp of spices, the meat turned out to be thickly sprinkled with them (I thought I had gone too far, but when I tried the finished chicken, I felt an amazing taste and aroma!). I covered the mold with foil and put it in the oven for 20 minutes, setting the temperature to 220°. While the chicken was baking, I prepared the sauce. I added some spices and grated garlic (one small clove) to the sour cream. My sour cream was thick - about 100 g. I poured a little water into the sour cream to make the sauce more liquid. I poured it over the meat and put it back in the oven for 20 minutes, without covering it with foil this time. The meat came out juicy, aromatic and very tasty! Not a single loud note in the sauce, the combination of all ingredients is optimal! I will cook this chicken again! And I recommend it to everyone! Thank you very much for the recipe!
