Strawberries in yogurt with white chocolate

STEP 1

Ingredients we will need. For convenience, I covered the wooden board with cling film.
STEP 2

We heat the chocolate in a steam bath. Or you can microwave (short bursts) DO NOT OVERHEAT!!
STEP 3

Soak gelatin in cold water. If granulated 8 gr. Soak gelatin in 40 ml. cold water.
STEP 4

Wipe the strawberries dry with a napkin.
STEP 5

Add the swollen gelatin to the melted chocolate. If you have granulated, melt it in the microwave for literally 5-6 seconds. And Greek yogurt (or full-fat sour cream) Liquid yogurt or liquid sour cream will not work! And mix everything well.
STEP 6

Add powdered sugar to taste and desire. My strawberries were a bit sour.
STEP 7

And also add titanium dioxide if desired. To remove yellowness and add density to the glaze.
STEP 8

If air bubbles form, the glaze can be passed through a sieve.
STEP 9

And let's start glazing. The consistency of the glaze should be quite thick. It should practically not stick off the berries. The layer will be thicker - the dessert will be more appetizing. And periodically we put the plate in the refrigerator so that the glaze hardens.
STEP 10

Step by step I colored the glaze with dry food coloring. Here it’s optional. And I literally took a tablespoon of each shade for decoration. This is also optional.
STEP 11

And we decorate it as your imagination wishes. I simply decorated it with stripes. And at the end we put everything in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes to completely harden.
STEP 12

That's it, the dessert is ready, this is how beautiful it turned out!!! Transfer it to a beautiful dish and you can serve!!!
