Today I cooked khachapuri with kefir and cottage cheese in a frying pan. They turned out very tasty and filling. If desired, you can replace bread with them. I added ground black pepper and dried garlic to the cottage cheese. I made flat cakes as the author said and fried them in a dry, heated frying pan. Each finished khachapuri was greased with butter.
