STEP 1

How to make cottage cheese casserole in a frying pan on the stove? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Use cottage cheese that is not too wet. For a more uniform consistency, you can rub it through a sieve.

In a bowl, combine the eggs with sugar and beat them a little with a mixer.

Add cottage cheese and sour cream to the eggs. Stir.
STEP 4

Then stir in the semolina, baking soda and washed raisins. You can add a pinch of vanillin. The curd dough should not be liquid. If the cottage cheese is wet and the dough comes out runny, add a little more semolina.

For cooking, use a frying pan with a thick bottom. To be safe, line the pan with baking paper. Grease with butter and sprinkle with semolina. Thanks to this, the finished casserole will not stick to the paper.

Place the prepared curd mass in a frying pan. I have a frying pan with a 20 cm top.

Cover the pan with a lid and place on the stove over low heat. It will take 20-30 minutes to prepare the casserole. There is no need to open the lid when baking. Follow the process through it. Therefore, it is better that it be glass.
STEP 8

The finished casserole will brown around the edges and a fragrant, characteristic smell will appear. Remove it from the pan and serve hot! In addition, you can serve sour cream, jam or condensed milk. Bon appetit!
