STEP 1

How to make cottage cheese casserole with flour in the oven? Let's prepare the ingredients. In addition to the basic products, you can use any additives to taste to prepare the casserole, for example, raisins, other dried fruits, nuts, berries or fruits. Taking this into account, the amount of sugar in the composition can be reduced. We will focus on a classic casserole with flour, without additives; the finished dish can be served with jam or condensed milk. Place cottage cheese in a deep bowl.
STEP 2

Cottage cheese can be used with any percentage of fat content, depending on the desired calorie content of the finished dish; for children, of course, you need to use a fatty, natural and fresh product; for those who are fasting and losing weight, you can take low-fat cottage cheese. I had soft cottage cheese. If the cottage cheese is grainy and dry, then it needs to be rubbed through a sieve. Add sugar, a pinch of salt, beat in a chicken egg. STEP 3

Using a blender, mix the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add a couple of tablespoons of sour cream to make the casserole more tender and soft; sour cream should also be used natural and fresh. Blend the mixture again with a blender.
STEP 4

Pour in the sifted wheat flour; the flour must be sifted to remove various types of impurities and saturate it with oxygen, which in turn will make the casserole softer and more tender. STEP 5

Mix the ingredients with a blender or spoon until you obtain a fairly thick dough of homogeneous consistency.
STEP 6

Grease the casserole dish with butter and sprinkle with flour so that after baking the casserole is easy to remove from the pan. Spoon the curd dough into the mold. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We send the form with the casserole preparation for 35 minutes, but the baking time is approximate and depends on the operation of the oven. The casserole should be well browned on top. STEP 7
