Pancakes with cottage cheese on kefir are a simplified way to make cheesecakes) Wonderful recipe! I already liked the dough itself, it turned out thick and airy. I didn't have any orange, so I replaced it with dried lemon zest and added a teaspoon of lemon juice for flavor. I put it on the frying pan using two spoons. The pancakes rise greatly when fried and are as fluffy as yeast pancakes. I fried them covered so they had time to bake. The curd pancakes turned out to be thick, fluffy, porous, very juicy and soft. It just tastes like fire! We ate them for breakfast with sour cream and berries.
